Do I have to pay for Hearts or is it free?
Hearts is a pay-per-match dating app. You pay only if someone you want to chat with also wants to chat with you. The person who wants to chat with you also pays the same amount that you pay.
No. Visit as many profiles as you want, and Hearts also shows you all the people who visited your profile.
Without location access Hearts will not be able to show you any profiles. Your location is obscured within a 5-mile radius for your security.
Hearts does not store your Apple or Google IDs or email addresses. It does not ask for your birthday or phone number. It also obscures your location data within a 5 miles radius.
Go to your account screen and click “3 Matches – Invite a friend”. Either copy the Invite Code or Invite Link and email or text it your friend, or click Share Link and forward it to your friend. Remind your friend to join Hearts using the code you sent.
If your friend uses the code you sent while creating their Hearts profile, then you will get 3 free matches.
When you send the first message to someone, Hearts shows them a blurred version of your message and gives them a link to your profile. If they choose to open the message, then they get charged 1 match and you get charged 1 match. All further chatting between the two of you is free.
No. Once you and the other person have paid the one-time fee to start your chat, all further chatting between the two of you is free.
Click on the thumbnail picture. The picture is also a link. It will take you to the profile of the person who sent the message.
The recipient may open your message at any time after you send it to them. You will get a notification if the recipient opens your message.
When you send a message, Hearts temporarily reserves 1 match from your account. If the recipient opens your message, then Hearts notifies you of the success and charges you 1 match. But if you recall the message before the recipient opens it, then Hearts re-credits you the reserved 1 match.
You can recall any unopened messages and have the reserved credits re-credited to your account. If you do not have any recallable messages, then you can purchase more matches.
Press the recall button next to the message.
You can simply ignore them. You are not paying anything to receive messages, and you have no obligation to open or respond to them. Open messages only from people you wish to chat with after you have visited their profile.
Keep exploring and sending messages to more people. You are not paying anything to send messages.
Clubs allow users to increase the maximum distance upto which they can look at profiles. There are 3 clubs; Bronze (100 miles), Silver (500 miles) and Gold (2,500 miles).
When you change clubs, your available matches will be adjusted proportional to the per match cost of the clubs. For example, while going from Bronze to Silver your available matches will reduce, whereas, while going from Gold to Silver your available matches will increase. For all club changes, if the match conversion results in lower than 3 matches, then you get at least 3 matches.
No. Any purchase made on Hearts will be via your Apple or Google account. The App Store or Play Store will manage your payments.
No. All available matches in your account are valid forever.
You can permanently delete you Hearts account in your “Settings” tab.
